Lyndsey and Nick tied the knot in Worcester during Bonfire Weekend, and needless to say this made for some fantastic evening fireworks shots! Before we had fun with the sparklers though, I had a fabulous time with both the bride and groom during the morning, following their preparations and capturing all those tiny little details that are all too often overlooked.

Claines Church is a stunning place; this was my first visit however I have a few couples getting married there in 2016 so I am very much looking forward to returning. There was a definite autumnal theme to the whole of Nick and Lyndsey's day, from the little leaf decorations on the pews to the pine cone place card holders at the reception...

The bride and groom let me in on a little secret prior to their big day - they had booked Singing Waiters to perform after the wedding breakfast, and nobody but Nick, Lyndsey and myself knew about them. There were some wonderful expressions and reactions on the guests' faces when Peter and Neil began to sing, and the fun and chaos that followed was nothing short of amazing. I was unsure of what to expect from the guests but they really got into the swing of it and even finished off with a conga line around the room led by the bride! 

So onto the evening...Lyndsey and Nick had told me there was to be a fireworks display next to their hotel. We spent a fantastic half an hour getting creative on the banks of the River Severn and then the guys had lots of fun creating sparkler messages...I have posted the tamest message here - most were not for the public eye!!
